AgriStalk LLC ("AgriStalk," "we," "us," or "our") provides software that guides
agricultural producers and handlers through organic certification — including field
mapping, recordkeeping, certification forms, and product traceability. This Privacy
Policy explains what information we collect through our website and mobile and desktop
applications (together, the "Services"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By
using the Services, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information You Provide
Account and contact details — your name, email address, business or
operation name, role, and the login credentials you create.
Operation and farm data — information you enter to build your organic
system plan: fields and parcels, crops, land-use history, inputs and practices, storage
and transport details, and related certification records.
Documents and images — files, photos, maps, and supporting records you
upload (for example, deeds, leases, affidavits, or field photos).
Payment information — when you subscribe or pay a fee, payment is
processed by our payment provider, Stripe. AgriStalk does not receive or store your full
card number; we receive limited transaction details (such as confirmation of payment and
the plan purchased).
2. Location Information
To help you map your fields over real satellite imagery, the Services can use your device's
location with your permission. Location is used only to center the map on your land at
the time you are mapping. If you decline or location is unavailable, you can instead enter an
address or place to center the map — location access is optional and you can change the
permission at any time in your device or browser settings.
3. Information Collected Automatically
Like most online services, we collect limited technical data such as device and browser
type, app version, log and diagnostic information, and basic usage activity, to operate,
secure, and improve the Services.
4. How We Use Information
To provide and operate the Services and your account.
To generate your organic system plan, records, maps, and certification documents.
To share your certification information with the parties you choose (see Section 5).
To process payments and manage subscriptions.
To secure the Services, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with law.
To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
5. How We Share Information
With parties you choose. A core purpose of AgriStalk is to prepare and
submit your organic certification. When you select a certifying agent, or invite an
inspector, reviewer, consultant, or team member, we share the operation data needed for
that purpose with those parties. You control these selections.
Service providers. We use trusted providers to run the Services,
including Google Firebase (hosting, authentication, database, and file storage), Stripe
(payment processing), and mapping and agricultural-data providers used to display imagery
and reference information. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms
and safeguards.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law or to
protect the rights, safety, and security of AgriStalk, our users, or the public.
Business transfers. If AgriStalk is involved in a merger, acquisition,
or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it
with advertisers.
6. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the
Services and meet legal, tax, and certification-recordkeeping obligations. Organic
certification records often must be retained for a number of years under applicable rules. You
may request deletion of your account as described below.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your
information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or
storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Access, update, or correct your information within the app or by contacting us.
Request a copy or deletion of your account and associated data, subject to records we
must retain by law.
Turn location permission on or off at any time in your device or browser settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws;
contact us to exercise them.
9. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under
13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Third-Party Links
The Services may link to third-party sites or services we do not control. Their privacy
practices are governed by their own policies.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date
above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the Services.
